Drawn to the practice of immigration law by a desire to assist people in achieving the life of freedom and possibility promised by the United States, Ms. Pathak brings more than fifteen (15) years of immigration law experience as a respected immigration attorney to Pathak Law firm.
A Southern California native, Ms. Pathak graduated from UCLA and the University of San Diego, School of Law. She joined the California Bar in 1999 and is an active American Immigration Lawyers Association and Los Angeles County Bar, Immigration Section member. Ms. Pathak practiced immigration law with firms in New York City, Beverly Hills and Los Angeles before establishing her own practice in 2009 in Burbank, California.
